Eliminate any 10 targets except Black Division while completing the other objectives

How to do it
Verified quest notes · Wiki referenceFollow Shoreline → Lighthouse → Reserve → Woods in one continuous raid sequence. Eliminate ten targets while completing the route, excluding Black Division operatives. The Lighthouse transit is near Path to Lighthouse, the Reserve transit follows the Lighthouse road toward Road to Military Base, and the Woods transit is northwest of Reserve's train yard.
