Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of raidsignal.com and the RaidSignal Discord app, provided by dGame. RaidSignal is an independent Escape from Tarkov companion. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Battlestate Games, Discord or YouTube. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, stop using it.

Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Do not impersonate others or use another person’s account without permission. You must meet the age and eligibility requirements of any third-party platform you use with RaidSignal. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may use the site and bot to research game information and share command results. Do not disrupt the service, spam commands, bypass access controls or rate limits, exploit vulnerabilities, redistribute restricted member content without permission, or use the service unlawfully. Report security issues privately to support@raidsignal.com.

You must have permission to install the app on a server. Server administrators control its installation and command access and can remove it at any time. Responses are private by default; selecting the share option makes the result visible in the channel. Discord’s own terms also apply. Installing the bot does not grant website membership or access to restricted content.

Prices are recorded snapshots, not guaranteed current offers. Key tests describe recorded runs; future loot, profit, task requirements and recipe outcomes may differ. Check the game and the date of the data before relying on a result. Features may be unavailable during maintenance, failures or third-party changes. We do not promise uninterrupted access or particular in-game results.

The membership page describes the features available for each tier. Payments made through YouTube are handled by YouTube under its applicable billing, cancellation and refund terms. Promotional codes grant only the tier, duration and usage allowance stated in the offer; they do not promise permanent access. Contact support about access problems. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation or refund rights.

RaidSignal’s original branding and content remain the property of their respective owners. Game assets, maps, screenshots and third-party data remain subject to their owners’ rights and the licenses or credits shown on the site. These terms do not override those licenses. Links to other services are provided for convenience; those services have their own terms and privacy practices.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks or violations of these terms. You can stop using RaidSignal and remove the bot from your server at any time. Contact support to request review of an access restriction. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for in-game losses caused by reliance on estimates or unavailable data. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date below identifies this version; material changes will be announced on the site.
