How to do it
Verified quest notes · Wiki referenceComplete the entire Interchange → Streets of Tarkov sequence in one raid, including three kills on each map between 20:00 and 08:00. On Interchange, activate power, visit the Burger Spot urinal keycard panel, access Saferoom Exfil and activate the Object-14 power lever inside. Visit the urinal even if another player already opened the saferoom. Retrieve the carbon fiber case from Object-14, transit to Streets, place it on the third-floor Pinewood restaurant balcony, then fire a yellow flare by the tram at the collapsed sewers.
