Consent required in the EEA, UK and Switzerland

Pages outside the maps section can carry Google AdSense. Google and its partners set their own cookies to choose advertisements and to measure them. Refusing leaves the advertisements there but untargeted. Members and Sherpas see no advertising at all, and no advertising cookie is set for them.

Changing your mind

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, measurement and advertising are switched off until the consent banner is answered, and refusing takes one click. To change that answer later, use the privacy options link in the banner Google shows, or clear this site’s cookies and reload — you will be asked again.

Any browser can also block or delete the cookies of a single site from its own settings. Blocking the first two signs you out and stops forms being accepted. Blocking the rest changes nothing about how the site works.
