How to do it

Follow the route Woods → Customs → Shoreline: plant at the Woods mountain weather station and sawmill guardhouse, transit to Customs and plant upstairs at the roadside construction site, then transit to Shoreline and plant in the second-floor archives of the resort administration building. These objectives form one continuous raid sequence; extracting before the last placement resets the sequence.
