How to do it
Verified quest notes · Wiki referenceTherapist offers Invasive Therapy at loyalty level 3. Reserve five P22 and five XTG-12 injectors with Found in Raid status for hand-in. The two optional finding objectives refer to those same injectors: they do not require another ten. XTG-12 can also be crafted at Medstation level 2.
Bring three Obdolbos injectors for the Lighthouse placements. Either the original Obdolbos or Obdolbos 2 is accepted at each spot; these injectors do not need Found in Raid status. In the upper chalet, place one in the basement med bay and another among the first-floor guest hall supplies near the main entrance. In the lower chalet, place the third at the ammunition stockpile in the first-floor dining area opposite the fireplace. Check the reference photos for the exact placement prompts. The interactive markers identify the chalet areas, not exact indoor coordinates.
The listed base rewards are 28,000 XP, 275,000 roubles, +0.75 Therapist reputation and one Ophthalmoscope. Intelligence Center bonuses can increase the money reward.
