How to do it
Verified quest notes · Wiki referenceDefeat Scourge in The Lab and search his pockets for his smartphone. Hand the phone to Therapist and complete a Lab extraction with Survived status. The phone does not need Found in Raid status, and the survival objective can be completed in a separate raid. Therapist supplies one access keycard when you accept the quest. Scourge is a moving target; the map does not assign him an invented fixed pin.
