How to complete the task
Sources checked 27 Sept 2026The syringe is in the Factory office building, on the third floor behind the door you breach. No room key is required.
Before you start
- Accept the task before searching; this is a quest item, not a medical syringe from the market.
Breach the office door
Reach the third-floor corridor and breach the door shown in the photos.
Check the room carefully
Check the bottom shelf to your right, the floor by the stacked chairs, and the overturned filing cabinet to your left. You need one syringe.
Get it out of the raid
Extract with the syringe in quest inventory, then hand it to Skier. If you die carrying it, repeat the pickup.
