Before you start

  • Keep the keycards and injectors for the hand-in; do not use them.

  1. Choose your branch first

    Sadist must be active, not completed. Killing Sanitar fails A Difficult Choice. Decide before hunting him.

  2. Check the Found in Raid mark

    Finding and handing over are two checks on the same items. You need 10 keycards total, not 20, and one of each injector.

  3. Hand the items to Therapist

    Use the task’s hand-in controls once the items are in your stash. Check each counter before completing the quest.
