Accept Debut from Prapor to access this event quest. Eliminate each of the ten named bosses; check the individual counters, not only your total kills. Boss availability depends on the event. The reward also unlocks the 7N40 30-round ammo-pack barter and PS12B purchases at Prapor loyalty level 4.
